Ingredients (Serves 20 ounces)
- 1/2 lb. Celery
- 1/2 lb. Dandelion Greens
- 1/2 lb. Kale Leaves
- 1/4 lb. Parsley
- 1 lb Cucumber
Procedures
- Put all the dandelion greens, kale, and parsley in a juicer, next the cucumber and celery.
- Mix well
- If using a blender, simply add all the ingredients.
- Puree until smooth.
