  • 1 lb Tomatoes
  • 1/4 teasepoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 lb Green Bell Peppers
  • 1/4 lb Green Onions
  • 1/4 lb Potatoes

Procedures

  1. Process the potatoes and onions in a juicer.
  2. Follow the tomatoes, and bell peppers.
  3. Add the black and cayenne pepperrs to the juice.
  4. Mix well.
