Everybody who has ever tried to drop a pound, or twenty, has heard of the vegetable soup diet. This juice is a tasty play on that and is great for a mini fast to kick start your dieting efforts. The cayenne pepper gives it an extra metabolism boosting kick.
Ingredients (Servies 20 ounces)
- Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
- 1 lb Tomatoes
- 1/4 teasepoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 lb Green Bell Peppers
- 1/4 lb Green Onions
- 1/4 lb Potatoes
- Process the potatoes and onions in a juicer.
- Follow the tomatoes, and bell peppers.
- Add the black and cayenne pepperrs to the juice.
- Mix well.
- If using a blender, add all the ingredients and puree
